Claim Specialist

Responsibilities

• Submit claims accurately and completely with all required attachments and documentation
• Post insurance payments with speed and accuracy in accordance with the received EOB
• Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce claim aging
• Handle denials and appeals professionally and efficiently, interpreting EOBs and rejection codes
• Collaborate with our software engineering team to provide feedback and ideas that improve our internal tools
• Work cross-functionally with teammates in billing, operations, and client success to deliver excellent service

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in dental revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Deep familiarity with dental billing software
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and remote connection software
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and interest in improving internal systems
