Cleaning Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign cleaning staff to client appointments
• Arrange and confirm cleaning appointments with clients
• Follow up with clients post-cleaning to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Address client inquiries and handle concerns
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote services
• Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new cleaners
• Manage follow-up emails to clients and prospects
• Create and schedule light social media content using Canva
• Maintain and update CRM workflows, email campaigns, and client records

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish with a neutral accent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Friendly, solution-oriented, and professional customer service demeanor
• Prior experience in sales or client acquisition preferred
• Proficient with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Canva
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable
