Client Accountant

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with high-level accounting support and expertise
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and manage payroll and HR activities
• Assist clients through onboarding and recurring engagement phases
• Collaborate with colleagues to load-balance workloads and exceed client expectations
• Participate in company-specific and industry best practices training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks Online
• Experience with Bill.com, Expensify, or QuickBooks Online Certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet
