Client Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects and workstreams focused on commercial payment flows (B2B, cross-border, commercial cards)
• Execute project activities using Visa consulting delivery frameworks and methodologies
• Conduct data analysis, benchmarking and market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and go-to-market strategies
• Support implementation: process improvements, digital adoption initiatives and client workshops
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client communications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with regional and global VCA teams and mentor junior colleagues
• Contribute to practice development through insights, methodology refinement and thought leadership

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 4-6 years
• Consulting experience
• Payments experience
• Analytical skills
• Financial modelling
• Excel & PowerPoint
• Communication skills
• Stakeholder management
• English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate degree
• Prior strategy consulting or internal strategy/analytics experience
• Experience in business/corporate banking
• Familiarity with commercial card payment solutions
• Arabic language skills preferred
