About the Company

Complexio is the intelligence layer for enterprise AI. Our platform builds a connected understanding of how businesses actually operate — across people, processes, and systems. A joint venture between Hafnia and Símbolo, we are scaling rapidly across industries to close the automation gap in enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Senior owner of a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, managing multi-threaded relationships from users to C-suite
  • Drive value realisation and platform adoption against clear use cases
  • Own account health, on-time renewals, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Manage account revenue across renewal, upsell, and cross-sell cycles, including procurement and legal
  • Act as a technical translator between customers and Product/Engineering teams
  • Lead executive engagement at the C-suite level and orchestrate internal teams around account priorities

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a senior post-sale role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Partner) managing strategic B2B SaaS accounts
  • Proven track record of driving Net Revenue Retention through documented value delivery
  • Executive presence with the ability to run commercial cycles independently
  • Technical fluency to hold credible architecture and security conversations with CTOs and IT teams
  • Highly organised and proactive with experience in scale-up environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sector background in maritime, shipping, energy, or industrial
  • Experience with AI, data platforms, or knowledge graphs
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts in the $500k–$5M+ ACV range
