Client Engagement Success Manager I - FACTS - NBS

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage relationships during multi-product implementations
• Orchestrate new school implementations by confirming scope, timelines, and objectives
• Coordinate communication channels across implementation teams and customers
• Monitor implementation progress and escalate issues to management as needed
• Facilitate business calls to drive the implementation process and introduce subject matter experts
• Perform product demonstrations and conduct training on FACTS/NBS systems
• Document communications, action plans, and processes professionally
• Capture lessons learned to refine workflows and increase efficiency

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, product service, or implementation roles
• Experience with Enterprise and/or SIS platforms is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner)
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms for project tracking and workflow management
