Responsibilities
- Communicate on the phone with clients to understand their situations
- Determine eligibility for assistance and advise on next steps
- Navigate internal tech platforms and tools like Salesforce
- Handle high volumes of deeply personal and sensitive client interactions
- Drive conversations efficiently while remaining supportive to people in crisis
Requirements
- At least three years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles (CX, sales, support, hospitality, etc.)
- Ability to interact empathetically with people from all walks of life
- Ability to balance emotional support with driving conversation efficiency
- Quick learner capable of mastering complex topics and new platforms
- Competent written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a metrics-driven role with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience working in high-volume, high-performing service or support teams
Benefits
- Base salary between $60,000 and $75,000 plus equity and uncapped monthly bonuses
