Responsibilities

  • Communicate on the phone with clients to understand their situations
  • Determine eligibility for assistance and advise on next steps
  • Navigate internal tech platforms and tools like Salesforce
  • Handle high volumes of deeply personal and sensitive client interactions
  • Drive conversations efficiently while remaining supportive to people in crisis

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles (CX, sales, support, hospitality, etc.)
  • Ability to interact empathetically with people from all walks of life
  • Ability to balance emotional support with driving conversation efficiency
  • Quick learner capable of mastering complex topics and new platforms
  • Competent written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a metrics-driven role with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience working in high-volume, high-performing service or support teams

Benefits

  • Base salary between $60,000 and $75,000 plus equity and uncapped monthly bonuses
