Job description

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build end-to-end lead-to-revenue infrastructure and automated growth stacks
  • Design and execute technical workflows using GoHighLevel, Twilio, and CRM integrations
  • Automate lead flow to convert outbound traffic into revenue opportunities
  • Debug and optimize technical systems to ensure zero leakage in the conversion funnel
  • Manage data flow between marketing tools and sales dashboards for accurate reporting
  • Partner with client success teams to translate business ideas into functional technical realities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in GTM (Go-To-Market) or RevOps
  • Expert-level mastery of GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Expert-level mastery of Make or Zapier
  • Proven experience connecting technical tools such as Twilio, Apollo, and Ads
  • Experience working with mid-to-high-ticket service businesses
  • Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, aggressively growing startup environment
  • Strong understanding of business models, ROI, and commercial impact
  • Knowledge of AI automations and prompt engineering
