Client Happiness Servicing Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional brand ambassador by responding to client inquiries via chat, email, SMS, or phone
• Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and offer repayment guidance with empathy
• Identify and cross-sell company products to eligible customers to contribute to business growth
• Assist clients with payment arrangements, commitments, and relief options
• Maintain clear and professional records in client systems and conduct research using internal tools

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with focus on de-escalation
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment
• Tech-savvy with ability to use MAC and perform basic math calculations
• Ability to manage high call volumes under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries
• Background in call center environments
• Exposure to sales or account management roles
• Familiarity with loan processing or underwriting procedures
