Client Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams
• Own client implementation efforts including project management and gathering business rules
• Develop and configure prototypes using Platform tools based on client needs
• Coordinate requirements and timelines with engineering and PMO teams
• Manage test planning, bug coordination, and validation of requirements
• Support clients in maintaining platform hygiene and proactive problem solving
• Serve as the primary connection point for hand-off to Client Success and Operations
• Develop training and maintain client-related documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a software-based organization
• Hands-on experience implementing applications using web technologies or as a Solution Analyst
• Ability to lead large enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with the full project management lifecycle
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Teams, and Slack
• Experience with visualization tools like Draw.IO or LucidChart
• Willingness to travel 10-20% based on project needs
