Client & Marketing Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Contact clients monthly to gather content priorities and direction
• Organize client input into templates for the fulfillment team
• Manage content approval workflows and communicate revisions to the fulfillment team
• Maintain organized records of client communications and outstanding tasks
• Monitor recurring monthly deliverables and deadlines
• Assist with monthly reporting by downloading data from Vendasta
• Support preparation and delivery of recurring client reports

Requirements

• Previous business support, client coordination, or account support experience
• Strong professional written English email communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to work independently using established templates and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing agency or marketing operations
• Experience with CRM, fulfillment, or project management systems
• Familiarity with Vendasta or AI-supported marketing tools
