Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a book of business, delivering quarterly and annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsells.
  • Build and execute account growth strategies that create win-win outcomes for X and advertisers.
  • Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans to align on objectives and measurement.
  • Partner with clients to build effective campaigns, interpret performance, and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including measurement, creative, and product to deliver a strong client experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing a book of business.
  • Strong existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands or agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including formats, measurement, and targeting.
  • Ability to translate complex data and performance signals into actionable client insights.
  • Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives.
