Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large, strategic grocery partners across the UAE (based in Dubai office).
- Lead and coach a small team of Account Managers to pitch, negotiate, onboard, and operate partner relationships.
- Define and execute joint business plans with grocery partners to drive long-term mutual growth.
- Deliver annual commercial objectives for the portfolio, tracking plan implementation and controlling expenditure.
- Own contract negotiation and renewal processes to agree terms that unlock mutual value.
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing and logistics to maximise partner potential.
- Generate insights and identify opportunities to grow partner revenue and improve customer experience.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture and contribute to longer-term commercial strategy.
