A leading provider of Amazon growth services. They help brands optimize advertising, improve product visibility, and develop e-commerce strategies that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertising clients and AI tool users
- Own client communication end-to-end including emails, calls, and proactive check-ins
- Translate advertising performance and product insights into actionable recommendations
- Run regular client calls to align on goals and performance
- Support onboarding and ongoing adoption of the AI ad analysis platform
- Gather client and user feedback to provide insights for internal teams
- Collaborate with PPC managers, product, and leadership teams
- Track account health, satisfaction, and risk signals
- Maintain accurate CRM, documentation, and internal tools
Requirements
- Experience in client account management within an agency or service-based environment
- Experience in Customer Success, Product Success, or supporting SaaS users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking with ability to explain performance data
- Proficiency with CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, and task management tools
- Basic Amazon PPC knowledge or strong motivation to learn
