Client Program Manager

Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup that is transforming the way prescriptions are accessed and delivered. Our platform interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the complex and archaic prescription fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and program success by executing plans and tracking pre-launch milestones
• Coordinate day-to-day client needs and translate goals into actionable steps
• Analyze program performance against success metrics and build reporting dashboards
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for client relationship management
• Partner with internal teams like product and operations to resolve issues and solve problems
• Ensure data quality through cleansing and modeling while identifying process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in client-facing, analytics, business strategy, or startup operations roles
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and solve problems dynamically
