Job description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high retention rate
  • Manage a caseload of 90–110 full-service partner level clients
  • Consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
  • Identify and resolve issues related to plan administration
  • Monitor recordkeeper message boards and notice deadlines
  • Review and approve participant transactions
  • Review annual non-discrimination testing
  • Review and electronically file Form 5500 and other government forms

Requirements

  • 5+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience
  • Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) testing
  • NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a book of business independently
  • Clean background and credit history check
