Job description

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program and its benefits
  • Empathize with and deescalate upset clients regarding their financial situations
  • Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
  • Analyze client financial situations to determine appropriate debt-free options
  • Develop customized solutions to retain at-risk customers in the program
  • Meet or exceed retention targets to earn commissions
  • Provide best-in-class customer service via phone and other communication tools

Requirements

  • Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation and deescalation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
