Job description
Responsibilities
- Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program and its benefits
- Empathize with and deescalate upset clients regarding their financial situations
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Analyze client financial situations to determine appropriate debt-free options
- Develop customized solutions to retain at-risk customers in the program
- Meet or exceed retention targets to earn commissions
- Provide best-in-class customer service via phone and other communication tools
Requirements
- Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Strong negotiation and deescalation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
