Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with all inquiries via live chat and email to ensure an excellent customer service experience
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's platform, products, and general market conditions
  • Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients
  • Translate customer needs into constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management
  • Ensure smooth frontline operations by flagging discrepancies or situational risks to management promptly
  • Continuously seek ways to improve team performance, work efficiency, and overall processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proficient in both English and Burmese (written and spoken)
  • Strong Burmese reading and typing skills are mandatory
  • Ability to perform 5-day shift work, including weekends and public holidays (shifts: 8am-5pm / 4pm-1am / 12am-9am)
  • Sharp acumen with numbers and statistics

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, specifically in frontline operations via Livechat and Email
  • Previous experience working in financial institutions or the fintech industry
  • A strong passion for developing a long-term career in the fintech and crypto trading sector
