About the Company

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Risk Advisors on assigned book of business and manage day-to-day service processes
  • Maintain effective and positive relationships with clients in a client-facing capacity
  • Facilitate the timely and accurate flow of information between clients and Risk team members
  • Handle client open items lists and respond to ad-hoc requests
  • Gather and analyze data to draft stewardship reports and presentations
  • Support and monitor the renewal process, including drafting quote comparisons
  • Serve as key client liaison for certificates, auto IDs, invoices, and policy transmittals
  • Monitor and follow-up on invoice generation, fee agreements, and collections

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty broker’s license within 120 days of start date

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Account Management role
  • Existing Property & Casualty broker’s license
  • Associate degree
  • Experience supporting complex clients
