Job description

Responsibilities

  • Triage and answer inbound communication via phone, chat, e-fax, email, and portal messages
  • Provide ordering support and perform outreach regarding ordering issues or missing information
  • Create and qualify new accounts and contacts while assisting with portal login issues
  • Provide information regarding products and services to customers and patients
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy when handling sensitive patient information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Client Services, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficiency with Mac/Apple products, Google Suite, and CRM systems
  • Experience with customer communication tools like Salesforce, 8x8, or Vonage
  • Conversational fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in service with a commercial diagnostic testing laboratory
  • Familiarity with cancer screening and primary care workflows
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and best practices
  • Previous experience working in a remote service position
