Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for clients navigating serious and complex medical conditions
• Coordinate client engagement details including care needs, appointments, and follow-up items
• Build trusted relationships with clients through personalized, concierge-level service
• Partner with clinicians, researchers, physician offices, and external service providers
• Support client access to resources and navigate complex healthcare systems
• Facilitate scheduling and billing support by collaborating with physician offices
• Partner with researchers to support clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide concierge-level customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High standards of ethics, integrity, and discretion with confidential information
• Ability to thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced environment
• Strong comfort with technology and new digital tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
