Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls as the first point of contact with professionalism and compassion
• Route calls intelligently to appropriate departments to minimize rollover
• Assist with intake overflow and capture potential leads during peak periods
• Provide client triage and resource guidance for inquiries outside the firm's scope
• Offer emotional support and calm communication to clients in difficult legal situations
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and technology to improve operational efficiency

• Strong professional communication and trust-building skills
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience
• Comfort working with AI tools and technology-driven workflows
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound calls and shifting priorities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
• Experience in professional services (law, medical, or dental) is strongly preferred
• Spanish language fluency is strongly preferred
