Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable communication solutions that meet customer needs, both business and technical.
- Ensure the integration of solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
- Strong technical background with expertise in communication platforms, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Must have a connection with Meta and WhatsApp Business.
