Responsibilities
- Hit and exceed conversion rates, revenue targets, and outbound/inbound activity metrics
- Manage high volume of inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation efforts
- Create tailored trip quotes using proprietary marketplace technology
- Execute disciplined call patterns to maintain conversion velocity
- Build rapport and trust to close deals using assumptive sales techniques
- Identify high-value accounts to drive repeat business and relationship expansion
- Maintain accuracy in CRM updates and call documentation using Salesforce and Outreach
- Collaborate with leadership on performance reviews and tactical refinements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business
- Experience balancing high-volume inbound response with outbound prospecting
- Mastery in objection handling, urgency creation, and assumptive closing
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and Slack
- Analytical and data-driven approach to optimizing revenue outcomes
- History of competitive achievement in athletics, startups, or quota-driven environments
