Responsibilities

  • Hit and exceed conversion rates, revenue targets, and outbound/inbound activity metrics
  • Manage high volume of inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation efforts
  • Create tailored trip quotes using proprietary marketplace technology
  • Execute disciplined call patterns to maintain conversion velocity
  • Build rapport and trust to close deals through assumptive sales techniques
  • Identify high-value accounts to drive repeat business and relationship expansion
  • Maintain accuracy in CRM updates and call documentation using Salesforce and Outreach
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance reviews and tactical refinements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business
  • Experience balancing high-volume inbound response with outbound prospecting
  • Mastery in objection handling, urgency creation, and assumptive closing
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and Slack
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to optimizing revenue outcomes
  • History of competitive achievement in athletics, startups, or quota-driven environments
