Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup that is transforming the way prescriptions are accessed and delivered. Our platform interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the complex and archaic prescription fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement and program success through execution of launch plans and ongoing optimization
• Manage day-to-day program coordination and translate client goals into actionable steps
• Analyze program performance against key metrics and build reporting dashboards
• Generate strategic insights to optimize program rules, prescriber engagement, and patient experiences
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contact for client relationship management
• Collaborate with internal product, operations, and client success teams to resolve issues
• Ensure data quality and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in client-facing, consulting, analytics, or business strategy roles
• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI and data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Resourceful problem solver comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
