Job description

Responsibilities

  • Keep client goals, projects, and deliverables on track from within the UAE (Dubai-based, hybrid/remote with occasional in-person client events)
  • Capture meeting updates and translate them into clear tasks and timelines
  • Research and surface prospective advisors, partners, and media contacts relevant to client objectives
  • Draft outreach, manage CRM records, and maintain dashboards and KPIs
  • Produce high-touch client experiences, from exclusive dinners to summits and roundtables
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation while identifying process improvements
  • Grow into owning strategy and execution for your own client accounts over time

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with technology or AI-focused clients
  • Prior involvement in high-touch event or summit production
