Client Success Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze loan registrations and provide support for new submissions and portal navigation
• Serve as primary contact for complex client questions regarding loan structuring, AUS findings, and DTI calculations
• Assist clients with mortgage loan registration within the eLEND loan portal
• Provide expert-level guidance on loan processing workflows and operational best practices
• Deliver on-demand and scheduled training sessions related to products and systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Underwriting teams
• Create training materials, process documentation, and digital educational content
• Advocate for client feedback to drive product enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Mortgage Processor, or Client Success Specialist
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing, loan structuring, and AUS findings
• Experience handling complex client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, mortgage systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
