Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own largest client and broker relationships within the Jumbo Market
  • Ensure excellent client experience and monitor client health to support retention
  • Track client success KPIs and execute action plans to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and member services teams to meet engagement goals
  • Communicate regularly with key decision makers and broker partners
  • Develop client reports, meeting materials, and workshops
  • Represent Garner at client open enrollment and education sessions both in-person and virtually

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise B2B SaaS books of business
  • Proven experience in the healthcare and benefits industry
  • Demonstrated success in increasing engagement for medical benefits or healthcare SaaS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Experience working with internal executives on large client initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
