Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship as the primary point of contact from kickoff to closeout
  • Manage up to 20 concurrent technical engagements, coordinating engineering teams and AI delivery tools
  • Run structured engagement cadences including discovery sessions, FRD reviews, UAT, and hypercare
  • Enforce scope discipline and manage change requests to ensure project profitability
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude to produce client-facing artifacts and maintain project documentation
  • Identify follow-on projects and managed services opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management or client delivery at a software services or consulting firm
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft
  • Proficiency using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) in daily workflows
  • Ability to manage high-volume, high-context-switching environments (15–20 active engagements)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Kanban-style, agent-orchestrated delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering to small and mid-sized businesses (law firms, professional services, finance)
  • Background in SOW-driven engagements and project-based billing
  • Previous experience as an Engagement Manager or Delivery Manager at a consulting or SI firm
