About the Company
Vetcove is modernizing the animal health industry by providing veterinary organizations with tools to focus more on patient care. Backed by Y Combinator, Vetcove offers a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce experience, and practice management system used by over 25,000 hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage clinic community programs including newsletters, referral programs, and engagement initiatives
- Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars
- Create best practice playbooks, how-to guides, and self-serve resources
- Analyze usage trends and sales patterns to identify underperforming clinics and build re-engagement plans
- Monitor key health metrics to flag at-risk accounts and prevent churn
- Act as a feedback loop between clinics and the product team
- Leverage AI tools and data to build dashboards tracking clinic health and growth metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend spotting
- Strong communication skills for seminars and written content
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
- Experience with customer health scoring or churn prediction frameworks
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
