Clinical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Independently perform clinical data analysis and case management to support the accurate interpretation of genetic findings, including reanalysis
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across a wide range of genetic disorders using internal resources and professional tools
• Investigate and interpret complex clinical features of genetic conditions
• Document evidence and rationale for variant classification in a clear, standardized format
• Meet or exceed productivity and error standards as assigned by the team lead
• Perform clinical analysis at a moderate case rate

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Genetics, or related field, or MD/DO with more than 2 years of directly relevant experience in clinical diagnostics (including fellowship)
• ABMGG or CCMG certification required
• At least one year of independent clinical analysis experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 environment
