Starting in rare and complex conditions, Citizen enables biopharma and researchers with seamless access to patients and regulatory-grade data.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and review relevant longitudinal information from patient medical records with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
• Develop deep expertise in proprietary disease models, ontology, and internal annotation tools
• Support quality assurance initiatives, pilot annotation projects, and training material development
• Work collaboratively within the clinical annotation team to maintain consistency in data extraction
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to platform enhancement through testing and feedback

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience providing clinical care for patients with rare genetic disorders
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Genetic Counselor in good standing
• Proven expertise in HIPAA and data security best practices
• Proficiency in technology and software tools for data analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data annotation, chart reviews, or research data entry
• Clinical background in pediatric neurologic, metabolic, or cardiovascular conditions
