Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful integration of solutions and provide exceptional support.
• Conduct comprehensive chart reviews to identify opportunities for model refinement and product enhancements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clinicians at client sites to facilitate technology adoption.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams on clinical matters.
• Contribute to sales and marketing conversations by representing the nurse perspective and demonstrating product features.
• Support research and evaluation of Bayesian Health modules.
• Identify gaps and barriers to achieving clinical outcomes and recommend countermeasures.
• Travel an average of 10% to client sites to provide support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes and workflows
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment
• Executive presence and the ability to articulate complex technology to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement with quality improvement teams (e.g., sepsis or HAPI)
• Experience in clinical informatics or analytics roles
• Ability to understand and interpret clinical research
• Demonstrated problem-solving through research or projects
