Job description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead clinical team members delivering virtual EAP mental health services to a portfolio of customers
  • Interview, hire, onboard, and support professional growth through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
  • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of clinical services including assessment, care management, crisis intervention, and care coordination
  • Monitor team caseloads and key performance metrics, implementing benchmarks and workflows that drive performance and meet internal SLAs
  • Lead teams through rapid change and evolution to maximize impact for customers and members
  • Deliver case audit feedback and coaching, providing clinical consultation to ensure adherence to quality standards and documentation protocols
  • Support operational readiness for high-acuity or after-hours needs, including periodic on-call responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve team processes, develop SOPs, and refine clinical models

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience, including supervision of teams of 15+
  • 10+ years of experience in behavioral health, including EAP and management consultation
  • Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC, MD, or RN)
  • Track record of building and growing high-performing teams and mentoring frontline team members
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including longitudinal care management
  • Experience with telephony and documentation tools and systems
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire and engage teams
