Clinical Partnerships Associate

Responsibilities

• Reach out to medical practices via phone and email to introduce Nabi services
• Build and maintain ongoing referral relationships with office managers, care coordinators, and clinicians
• Explain the referral process and navigate questions regarding insurance and scheduling
• Handle a steady volume of daily outbound outreach
• Follow up consistently and document all touchpoints in the CRM
• Coordinate with the clinical operations team to ensure smooth patient transitions

Requirements

• Interest in healthcare, clinical operations, or the business side of medicine
• Strong communication skills with warm, confident energy
• Comfortable with outbound phone outreach and professional conversations
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to follow clear processes and use provided scripts
