About the Company

Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through health-system integrated specialty pharmacy, providing integrated support to patients and physicians to improve medication adherence and promote evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews and monitor patient adherence
  • Recommend evidence-based therapeutic adjustments for oncology and other specialty disease states
  • Lead daily workflow and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee support staff and resolve insurance and authorization barriers
  • Drive productivity and process-improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams and contribute to protocol development and research

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Licensed pharmacist in California
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organization, and technical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist
