Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for licensed clinicians including Therapists, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists, and PMHNPs
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools
• Conduct candidate screens focused on clinical fit, licensure, and availability
• Partner with clinical and recruiting leadership to align on hiring needs
• Manage candidate movement through the process while maintaining a high-touch experience
• Track pipeline health and recruiting performance metrics
• Support process improvement for outreach, screening, and ATS workflows
• Ensure hiring practices align with licensure and compliance standards

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical provider recruiting
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and experience with high-volume pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with multi-state operations
• Experience building and enforcing company HR policies
• Familiarity with ATS systems (Lever experience is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of human resources experience at a manager level or higher
• Ability to work across various time zones, specifically PST
