About the Company

Tellos is building a clinician-centered ABA company designed to prevent burnout and bureaucracy. We help BCBAs launch independent practices and support RBTs with fair pay and respect, ensuring families receive timely autism care.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for RBTs and BCBAs from sourcing to offer
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and outbound outreach to build pipelines
• Partner with BCBAs and Operations to ensure cases are staffed quickly
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards to track interview volume, offers, and time-to-hire
• Implement efficient recruiting systems and playbooks to scale operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct ABA therapy recruiting experience (RBT and BCBA hiring)
• Proficiency with job boards and ATS systems (Ashby preferred)
• Strong outbound sourcing and resume search skills
• High-output, high-ownership mindset suitable for fast-moving environments
• Ability to operate based on targets such as interviews per week and time-to-fill
