Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects
• Deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
• Collaborate with various levels of client leadership to impact operations
• Leverage advanced technology tools to support client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field
• 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience focused on professional billing coding and charging
• Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role
• Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, coding, and charge capture
• Relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA)
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or MPH degree
• CPC, CPPM, or CCDS-O Certification
• Experience with Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration
• Experience with professional clinical documentation and EMR systems (e.g., Athena, Epic)
• Prior experience in sales or business development
