Clinical Revenue Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customer leaders at all levels
• Develop project timelines, implementation steps, and communication strategies
• Ensure high quality execution of all project deliverables
• Manage project scope and identify opportunities for change orders
• Develop and manage internal project finance processes
• Support customer invoicing and billing processes
• Oversee benefit tracking and maintain customer ROI
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and action items

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field
• 3-6 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Previous experience in a professional services or consulting capacity
• Strong technical knowledge of project management or revenue cycle
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPC, CCS, COC, CRCR, RHIA)
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or MPH degree
• Expert knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management and charge capture
• Charge capture and coding experience
• Clinical experience
• Prior experience in sales or business development
