Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain, from clinical development to clinical care. We offer a leading at-home EEG platform for clinical development of novel therapeutics and are building a comprehensive platform for precision diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to support study startup activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical sites to ensure smooth operations
• Provide training to research sites on device use and study protocols
• Monitor project progress for adherence to timelines, protocols, and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Address operational issues promptly using tools like Zendesk and Asana
• Provide actionable feedback from research sites to improve devices and workflows

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify priorities and anticipate challenges
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding data collection and reporting
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
