Responsibilities

• Manage a team of OTs through regular one-on-one meetings focused on clinical coaching, skill refinement, mentorship, and career development
• Ensure the OT team is effective in navigating Expressable tools and complete internal/external training and compliance
• Manage and resolve clinical escalations in partnership with other organizational leaders
• Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned team members, including efficiency, quality of care, and documentation compliance
• Conduct evaluations and sessions with an appropriate clinical caseload to model clinical excellence
• Conduct first-round interviews of OT candidates to aid in provider base growth

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, including pediatric populations and telepractice
• Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other clinicians
• Individual NPI number
• Must reside and hold a state license in TX or GA
• Ability to provide at least 40 hours of availability, including afternoon and evening availability
