Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care (65%): Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload by conducting evaluations and therapy sessions.
• SLP Management & Clinical Leadership (35%): Manage and mentor a team of SLPs through regular 1:1 meetings, clinical coaching, and career growth conversations.
• Training, Tools & Compliance Support: Ensure SLPs are effectively utilizing Expressable systems, resources, policies, and best practices.
• Clinical Escalations & Communication: Partner with organizational leaders to resolve clinical concerns and communicate key updates.
• Team Engagement & Collaboration: Lead monthly meetings focused on clinical excellence and alignment with the model of care.
• Performance & KPI Management: Track and analyze team member performance metrics including efficiency, quality of care, and documentation compliance.
• Provider Growth & Recruitment Support: Conduct first-round interviews with SLP candidates.
• Clinical Excellence: Model high-quality care delivery and maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state or willingness to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Previous leadership experience required
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
