About the Company

Somethings is on a mission to end the youth mental health crisis by reducing the suicide rate for teens. We are creating the first scaled network of Certified Peer Specialists and building the most engaging mental health experience in the world for teenagers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Peer Support Specialist Mentors on a specific evening schedule (Mon-Thu 4PM-10PM EST, Fri 4PM-7PM EST)
• Ensure safety and clinical effectiveness of Mentors and teens
• Manage Mentors to ensure professionalism and role requirement compliance
• Provide high-quality documentation to the Clinical Ops team
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Clinical Ops regarding supervisee health
• Provide additional support to higher acuity teens when necessary

Requirements

• Licensed mental health provider (LPCC, LCSW, LMHC) in New Jersey
• Experience supervising clinicians, peers, or other mental health providers
• Strong working knowledge of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities
• Highly empathetic and organized
• Tech savvy and data driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare startup environment
• Direct experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting
• Willingness to manage a small, intermittent clinical caseload of teens
