Clinical Talent Interviewer

Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance, and are growing rapidly to meet the needs of thousands of active clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ~25-30 structured 30-minute first-round interview screens per week with therapist candidates
• Share information on Prosper Health’s mission and the clients supported
• Ask clinical experience questions and take detailed notes on responses
• Complete candidate scorecards in Greenhouse ATS following each call
• Handle logistical follow-up emails with candidates
• Maintain availability for approximately 20 hours per week including admin and internal check-ins

Requirements

• Experience conducting structured interviews or screening calls in a mental health, healthcare, or clinical setting
• Strong conversational skills and ability to put candidates at ease
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high reliability
• Proficiency with Zoom and calendar management
• Excellent note-taking and organizational skills
