Clinical Talent Partner - Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche clinical communities
• Run targeted outreach campaigns and track conversion rates to maintain active pipelines
• Re-engage silver medalists and maintain candidate warmth between touchpoints
• Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location, and compensation
• Deliver polished candidate summaries to recruiters using standardized scorecards in Greenhouse
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and ensure all candidates are tracked in the ATS
• Provide daily pipeline updates on the recruiting tracker
• Support physician sourcing efforts as directed

Requirements

• Experience in clinical sourcing or recruitment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to conduct structured candidate screenings
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
