Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests via email using our help desk platform
• Triage tickets and perform escalations to appropriate teams with necessary details
• Support engineering ticket creation, review, and prioritization
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to resolve inquiries
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding unique customer needs
• Identify opportunities to enhance product and service features to improve customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Clinical experience in a healthcare environment (e.g., physical therapist, therapist assistant, rehab technician)
• Highly analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot software use cases
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to learn autonomously
• Exceptional written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior startup or B2B SaaS experience
• Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations
• Proficiency in Excel
