Clinical Trial Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project-specific support to the Clinical Operations Team
• Adhere to Clinical Standard Operating Procedures and Good Clinical Practice ICH Guidelines
• Assist in contacting investigator sites and maintaining correspondence
• Ensure receipt, completeness, and accuracy of clinical and administrative documents
• Coordinate distribution and shipment of study-related materials
• Manage contract, invoice, and budget tracking
• Compile, QC check, and generate clinical documents for submissions
• Maintain central registry of contact information for sites, CROs, vendors, and CRAs
• Attend clinical project team meetings and record minutes
• Create and maintain Central Clinical files

Requirements

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, or oncology experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and exhibit initiative
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline
