Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, scale, and harden cloud environments in AWS and GCP (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, cost controls).
  • Design and implement automation for identity, provisioning, access, and multi-tenant operations using APIs and SCIM.
  • Develop integrations and automation that allow AI agents to deploy, remediate, and scale infrastructure autonomously.
  • Write and maintain reusable scripts and tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to eliminate manual work.
  • Maintain reliability, observability, and security: CloudWatch, GCP Ops Suite, logging, alerts, and runbooks.
  • Handle L2/L3 escalations, incident response, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Manage endpoints and identity across macOS, Windows, and Linux using Zero Trust principles and secure baselines.
  • Collaborate with Security, Help Desk, and Platform teams; author clear documentation and mentor teammates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on Terraform or Ansible experience

  • MSP / multi-tenant experience
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR compliance
  • Experience with Zero Trust architectures and endpoint management platforms
